The Skool Media support team is structured in a way that efficiently enhances learning at all of the project locations across Nigeria. A broad network of field-based and central support staff is around our students and teachers’ technology experience centres. This network makes sure that the change takes place successfully everywhere. Technical Officers’ ongoing presence ensures consistent management, feedback, and resolution. Our support team includes experts in all aspects of education delivery, including Technical Officers, Zonal coordinators, Project Support Officers, Project Managers, IT support, community engagement, and monitoring and evaluation. The support teams work across the project location to anticipate challenges and resolve emerging issues while monitoring classroom and school processes, technology, and activity.
