The 2023 Digital Teachers’ Competition

The Annual Digital Teachers Competition is back with a national edition that promises to be bigger and more transformative than ever before, to propel educators into the digital age and champion the cause of interactive learning.

This competition has been a driving force in closing the gap between traditional teaching methods and cutting-edge digital approaches since its inception. This year’s national edition will bring together educators from various project locations across the country, creating a unified platform for the exchange of innovative ideas and best teaching practises.

The Rewards

The spotlight is on teachers as they prepare to demonstrate their expertise in technology-integrated teaching. National winners will receive not only prestigious cash prizes, but also Exam Padi tablets loaded with subject-specific content, ensuring a long-term impact on the learning experience.

  • 1st Prize: N200,000 + Exam Padi Tablet
  • 2nd Prize: N150,000 + Exam Padi Tablet
  • 3rd Prize: N100,000 + Exam Padi Tablet

In addition, each regional winner, a total of twelve (12) accomplished educators, will receive an Exam Padi tablet customised to their subject area.

This year’s competition spotlights fifteen (15) educators, recognising their commitment to transforming traditional classrooms into dynamic, technology-driven learning hubs.

The theme for this year, ‘Interactive Classroom Experiences’, reflects the changing dynamics of education. It is a call to action for educators to use technology to engage, captivate, and inspire students rather than just teach.

Concerning the Digital Teachers’ Competition, please how come the count for a participant appears to remain stagnant (so to speak) in spite being voted for by many? For instance, at a point it was a particular figure and after about twenty friends and colleagues voted, only additional 2 votes were seen to be added while the next highest vote increases. My friends and colleagues who are supporting me are demoralized and complaining bitterly as regards this observation. Please, the organizers should look into this observation in order to earn the transparency this competition, as regards the voting aspect especially, deserves.

    Thank you.

    1. Dear Mr Oriyomi
Please note that the voting platform filters vote if you vote more than once. Only one single vote will be recorded.
The process is transparent and result can be seen immediately after each vote is cast.

      Best of Luck
      DTC Team
